Quay Court is our second home in Kingsbridge and is located on the quayside, right in the heart of this attractive market town. Close by are a number of local shops that are easily accessed by residents and with a thriving arts and crafts community, plus regular markets, the town is now one of the most vibrant in the South Hams.
The house itself is modern, beautifully appointed to the highest standards and most of its living areas and rooms have magnificent views across to the estuary and the town.
Two separate lounges offer a choice of style and comfort in which to either relax with friends or watch the hive of activity that can always be seen down on the quay.
The home offers wonderful accommodation for 38 residents, comprising 34 single rooms and two companion rooms all of which have en-suite facilities. Some also have their own sunny patio areas for the residents to sit out or tend their own plants and hanging baskets.
Quay Court also has a delightful sensory garden with water feature, trees and flowers, designed to give additional pleasure to our residents in a restful and safe space. The home also has a hairdressing salon and a nail bar so that the residents can enjoy being pampered at Quay Court.
